Carla Cortés is part of the litigation and dispute resolution group, focusing her practice on civil and commercial litigation before ordinary, special, and arbitral courts, in matters such as contractual and non-contractual liability, regulatory, administrative, and antitrust law.
She has extensive experience in advising and representing large companies and family businesses in disputes related to engineering and construction, corporate governance, inheritance law, and reorganization and insolvency. She has represented clients in litigation related to the mining, telecommunications, infrastructure, real estate, and retail industries. Additionally, she has served as an actuary in various arbitrations before the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
