We have experience advising national and multinational clients in a wide range of labor-related issues, such as the drafting and negotiation of individual employment contracts, worker dismissal processes (individual and mass), the preparation and adaptation of internal policies and regulations and procedures in the area of human resources and the management and administration of service subcontracting.

We also have experience in labor audits and due diligence, labor litigation and claims, strategic planning of collective bargaining processes, internal investigations in the framework of violations to Internal Order, Health and Safety Regulations, Codes of Conduct and Ethics and Compliance Policies, in addition to investigations on workplace accidents and occupational diseases.

Regarding immigration, we have experience planning and handling cases involving expatriates, including the application for and processing of work permits, visas and permanent residencies.
