Sexual harassment
That a person makes, in an improper manner, by any means, sexual demands not consented to by the recipient, and which threaten or impair his employment status or opportunities.
Workplace harassment
Any conduct which constitutes aggression or harassment by the employer or one or more workers against another or other workers, by any means whatsoever, whether it is a single act or repeated, and which results in the detriment, abuse or humiliation of the person or persons concerned, or threatens or harms their employment status or opportunities.
Workplace violence
It is exercised by third parties outside the employment relationship, meaning those behaviors that affect workers and employees, during the provision of services, by customers, suppliers or users, among others.
