General Manager of Lembeye, Francisca is a Commercial Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an MBA Class of 2015 graduate from Columbia University in New York City. Francisca began her career at JPMorgan in the Latam Equity Research team and later became an Investment Analyst at CHL Capital. After her MBA, Francisca worked in New York as a Senior Associate in strategic consulting with Marakon Associates and subsequently led global strategy and digital transformation projects at MetLife NYC.
Her focus on innovation and adoption of emerging technologies has enabled organizations she has collaborated with to stay at the forefront of digital transformation, achieving sustainable growth in complex regional environments. Over the past four years at Falabella.com, Francisca led the development of the e-commerce platform, ensuring scalability and strategic alignment for both sales and post-sales experiences.
Francisca joined Lembeye in July 2024 with the mission of driving growth by leveraging technological pillars with a clear focus on personalized customer experience. From Lembeye’s strategic position as a young and innovative firm, Francisca aims to accelerate the adoption of AI, emphasizing value creation for the customer.
