Nicolás is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, focusing his practice on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration before ordinary courts, arbitration tribunals, courts of appeals, and local police courts in matters such as civil liability, enforcement proceedings, consumer rights, corporate disputes, leases, and insolvency proceedings.
